Before the sauna session
How should I prepare for the sauna session?
Avoid heavy meals before your sauna session, but don’t arrive hungry—a light snack beforehand is best. Remove any makeup and jewellery.
What do I have to bring?
Two towels, swimwear, water bottle and flip flops. Two towels = one to sit on in the sauna, and one to dry off. Arrive ready in your swimmers to dive straight into the sauna to make the most of it.
Who can use the sauna?
Please seek advice from your doctor if you have underlying health conditions or pregnant before use. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No children under the age of 12 are permitted. All persons using the sauna, do so at their own risk and are required to sign the liability waiver before use as a condition of entry.
What’s the cancellation policy?
You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations are not available, and no-shows are non-refundable.
At the sauna
Do you provide towels?
We recommend bringing your own towel, but if needed, you can rent one for $5.
Is it allowed to talk in the sauna?
Some people like silence in their sauna and some like to chat. If you are going to talk, then make it light and relaxing.
Can use aroma oils in the sauna?
No, the use of aroma oils is not permitted due to potential fire hazards and possible irritation for other guests.
Can I drink alcohol in the sauna?
Alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the sauna. Safety is important and our sauna masters have the right to ask visibly intoxicated guests to leave the area. You should stay hydrated during your sauna session, and alcohol dehydrates your body.
What can I drink during sauna session?
It's important to stay well-hydrated during your sauna session, so plain water is the best choice. If you'd like to elevate your experience, you can bring electrolytes. Herbal tea is also a great option to enjoy between sessions.
Sauna booking for private events
What events are you available for?
We are open to any events in open space that you have permission to use. It can be your backyard or event site. We are happy to help reach out to land owners on your behalf, it never hurts to ask!
How much space do you need to park a sauna?
When you book a sauna rental from us, we will work with you to ensure that your sauna experience is everything that you hoped for. Hence, we may ask you to send some pictures of the area to park the sauna on the trailer. We also ask that you provide us with a space that is large enough for our trailer at least 8m long and 8m wide as well as a few feet of clearance all around.
